We're based in Torbay, at the top of Auckland's North Shore, and now only serve the central North Shore ("Core of the Shore") for new enquiries (yup, we've had enough of 1-hour trips over the bridge). If you are a previous customer outside of this zone, don't worry - we will still come to you.

No. We clear debris from house guttering. We don't do any external cleaning.

Yes, we take before & after photos of most of the guttering as a standard part of our work.

We work from the roof and don't take on jobs with steep roofs. Maximum steepness is like a villa (marginal - depends on the specific roof and max height involved) or old State house. We're approaching our 60's now and need to look after ourselves.

We typically have a lead time of 1-3 weeks. The smaller and closer the job is to Torbay, the earlier we'll be able to get it in. Decramastic, some tin roofs and other roofs that are okay when wet can likely be done within a week.

We check all downpipes and use water to test them as appropriate. We can clear all common blockages. We don't check for stormwater blockages unless required, as they are rare and can take a lot of water to fully test.

Not for larger jobs but we may do for smaller jobs. All types require maintenance, and future debris clearances will be quite a lot more expensive. Use where prudent; avoid where possible. We can introduce a quality mesh & foam solution if appropriate.
